boZZo:

8.5M2=1.65kg, 11M2=2kg, 15M2=2.6kg

41gsm

Hi Eric, the two intakes are primarily to reduce weight and construction costs. And two intakes are only possible due to the large cell widths. Its a very wholistic design with all the element working together around a minimal theme.

Hi Gab, the kites are made in Asia for now by a manufacturer responsible for many kites and paragliders you see on the market today.

"Tested the Lecca-lecca Minima in very light winds (5-8 knots) and moderate hydrofoil winds (9-14 knots) This review is in the very light wind session.The Lecca-lecca comes always kite only and I tested the kite with a four line North 24m bar.
The low end of the 11m lies between 8 knots. It was stable, needed a bit work to keep it flying in around 6 knots. The Minima doesn't come with a bar, I believe that different bars have impact on the flying characteristics. I was flying with a V split, the designer told me it wouldn't be a problem! The Minima, has a bit more boost and lift than the other foils we tested. It also needs a bit more work to keep it in the air (low end winds), Moderate/ high end winds no problem! To much tension on the steering lines the Minima has the intention to backstall, to much steering power and the kite will pivot with power loss. So you need good bar tuning and foil steering experience for the best performance. That's the biggest difference between this kite and the more experienced brands. The experienced brand have a history of tuning and made kites with a wider range of usability. That said, the Minima is half price of a Flysurfer. So a good hourly wage to get used to this kite. Durability not tested, material quality looks good. It doesn't have the high quality of the new Flysurfer Soul, but it certainly doesn't feel cheap. "
